The vision for our Te Kotahitanga unit is to build and support resilience in our Ngāti Whātua marae and community by addressing unmet needs and delivering strategic solutions.

Current projects include Manaaki Marae (Maintenance support), E Tu Marae (Civil Defence hubs), Hauora Marae (Marae Needs Assessments), Haumaru Marae (Reduce risks, in partnership with FENZ), and Marae Wai Māori (Water Quality).
